Order fulfilment

Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled within 2-5 working days. Orders containing made on demand products are also typically fulfilled within that timeframe, but may occasionally require an additional 5-10 working days for production depending on our print partners’ capacity at the time.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive an email update containing tracking information for your parcel. If you can’t see an email from us or any issues with tracking persist, please check your junk inbox first, then let us know.

Additional info & charges

We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by courier or customs. Although we cannot guarantee shipping times, as these are subject to external factors such as weather and strikes, we will endeavour to fulfil all orders we receive within the stated timeframes to make sure your parcel is on its way to you as quickly as possible and we will also endeavour to provide accurate tracking information for you to follow your order.

International (non-UK) orders may be subject to additional customs or import duty charges, depending on your delivery location. Please keep in mind that we do not cover these costs and that you will therefore be responsible for them. We cannot be held responsible for orders returned to us because of non-payment of these costs, and where requested, redelivery will be made at cost.

Should your order qualify for free international delivery, the flat rate of shipping will be subsidised, however the charge of customs or import duty charges shall not.

UK Shipping

Small parcels

All small parcel orders below 2kg are securely packaged, and shipped with Royal Mail Signed For Delivery 2nd Class Delivery (2-3 working day delivery aim).

  • £4.99 – For all orders

  • £5.99 – 1st class upgrade (1-2 working day delivery aim)

Large & bulky parcels

All bulky parcel orders equal to or above 2kg, and large orders, are securely packaged, and shipped with the best courier option at the time of fulfilment. If you have a preferred method for delivery or would like to plan a collection, please get in touch to discuss before placing your order.

  • £8.99 – For bulky orders equal to or above 2kg

  • £9.99 – For large prints in tubes (A2 and larger)

  • £12.99 – For framed prints (A2 and larger) and canvas art

International Shipping

Small parcels

All small parcel orders below 2kg are securely packaged, and shipped internationally with Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery (3-5 working day delivery aim).

  • £8.99 – For all orders to Europe

  • £12.99 – For all orders to Rest of World

Large & bulky parcels

All large and bulky parcel orders are securely packaged, and shipped internationally with the best courier option at the time of fulfilment. If you have a preferred method for delivery or would like to plan a collection, please get in touch to discuss before placing your order.

  • £29.99 – For large prints in tubes (A2 and larger) and bulky orders equal to or above 2kg

  • £59.99 – For framed prints (A2 and larger) and canvas art

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Please contact us at hello@chromakane.com with your receipt or proof of purchase to discuss a return.

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned as soon as any defect is discovered, within their original and unused condition and secure packaging.

We accept returns on most of our products – with the exception of e-gift cards and gift wrapping, shipping costs including returns, sales and discounted order items, intimate clothing (including swimwear) and earrings for hygiene reasons. These products are therefore also exempt from exchanges and refunds.

If you have ordered a gift, please let us know as we can be flexible on this return period.

Exchanges

Please contact us at hello@chromakane.com with your receipt or proof of purchase to discuss an exchange.

We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We will also only replace items if a parcel has gone missing in transit and the customer has provided clear photographic proof of this. If external packaging has also been damaged in transit, please make sure to also provide evidence of this.

Regrettably, exchanges cannot be issued on the following products which do not qualify for returns or exchanges: e-gift cards and gift wrapping, shipping costs including returns, sales and discounted order items, intimate clothing (including swimwear) and earrings for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Please contact us at hello@chromakane.com with your receipt or proof of purchase to discuss a refund.

For a refund to be issued, all items must be returned in their original and unused condition with secure packaging. A refund cannot be issued on non-returned items (unless your parcel was never delivered to you and there is clear evidence of non-delivery) nor on items damaged during return transit.

Regrettably, refunds cannot be issued on the following products which do not qualify for returns or exchanges: e-gift cards and gift wrapping, shipping costs including returns, sales and discounted order items, intimate clothing (including swimwear) and earrings for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping is entirely at the customer’s own risk and expense. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance when returning your order, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive it safely. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
